Clinical Psychologist

Olivia has completed her Masters in Clinical Psychology at the University of Technology Sydney. She is a warm and empathic psychologist who collaborates with clients to ensure treatment is tailored to their specific needs and goals. Olivia creates an open and safe space where individuals feel empowered to overcome barriers and improve their overall wellbeing. She has an interest for helping adult clients with a variety of presentations including depression, anxiety, interpersonal difficulties, chronic pain, obsessive-compulsive disorders and trauma.

Olivia is fully vaccinated against COVID-19.

Get to know Olivia

Olivia enjoys remaining active by playing netball, going for long bush walks and attempting to ski. She loves indulging in delicious food with family and friends and when feeling brave, enjoys horror movies and crime documentaries. 

Prior to joining Equilibrium, Olivia worked in community and outpatient settings, including a multidisciplinary pain management clinic. She utilises a number of evidence-based modalities for treatment, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing and Solution Focused Therapy.

Olivia completed a Bachelor of Psychology with honours at Macquarie University and a Masters of Clinical Psychology at the University of Technology Sydney. She is a member of the Australian Psychological Society.

Olivia is registered as a Psychologist with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency)

Availability

Olivia is available Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays including After Hours and Online Sessions.
