Dealing With Difficult People

At some point in our career we will need to work with a difficult person. They may be a client, a co-worker, a boss or a supplier. This workshop will educate your team about the types of difficult people and help them build the skills they need to stay calm, think clearly, interact healthily and problem solve effectively. They will learn when they should keep trying with their difficult person and at what stage they should escalate the situation so that their self-esteem, productivity and wellbeing remain intact.
