Navigating a career and developing in your role in a complex organisation can be challenging. Managing people can be even more so. Mental Wealth® Coaching is a way to gain practical support from a psychologist experienced in the processes and structures of organisations.

 

Discovering Your Strengths

Mental Wealth® Coaching begins with an assessment of your talents using the StrengthsFinder assessment. The Strengthsfinder assessment is well researched and validated measure of an individual’s emotional, social and cognitive talents. It has been taken by over 26 million people and in 90% of Fortune 500 companies.

Mental Wealth® Coaching is offered at Equilibrium by Anita Alexander who has been a strengths-based organisational coach and psychologist for over 20 years and has helped thousands of individuals and teams discover, appreciate and apply their natural talents. She has worked with individuals and teams at all levels of organisations, including senior leadership, and in both public and private sectors.

How it works and costs:

We offer a package of 5 x 1 hour fortnightly sessions for $1600 + GST. This cost includes the StrengthsFinder assessment via Gallup.
