Kate is a warm, friendly, and empathetic psychologist who is dedicated to providing effective, evidence-based psychological treatments to adults from diverse backgrounds. Kate works hard with her clients to help them feel safe, comfortable, and supported in sharing their concerns, their stories, and their personal goals. .

Get to know Kate

Kate completed her clinical training at the University of Technology Sydney (UTS) and is registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). Kate has worked alongside a range of individuals with varying presentations including those experiencing mood and anxiety disorders, emotional dysregulation, early attachment difficulties, complex trauma, as well as stress, perfectionism, procrastination, and body dissatisfaction. Additionally, Kate is dedicated to helping clients identify and overcome long-standing patterns of negative thoughts and unhelpful behaviours in order to live a rich and meaningful life. 

Kate is committed to creating a therapeutic space for clients to feel truly heard, gain greater self-awareness, and move toward healing and growth. Using a strengths-based approach, Kate has a keen interest in integrating various therapeutic modalities to meet the specific needs and goals of each client.

Availability

Kate is available Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays including early mornings, After Hours and Online Sessions.
