Empathy, compassion, and a deep commitment to helping others are at the core of Priscilla’s work as a Psychologist. Her goal is to help her clients overcome challenges, make meaningful change and live fulfilling lives. She has worked across public hospital, private practice, as well as university research clinics, and has experience working with individuals of all ages with mild to severe mental health concerns. She takes a collaborative approach, working closely with clients to understand their unique needs and goals. She recognises the complexities of human behaviour and values her client’s uniqueness and humanness in her approach. She provides a safe and non-judgemental space for clients to process and explore their inner world, helping clients work through concerns from everyday stress to complex trauma.

Get to know Priscilla

Priscilla is a Clinical Psychologist, and her qualifications include a Masters degree in Clinical Psychology (ACU) and a Bachelor degree in Psychology, First Class Honours (Macquarie University). Alongside this, she is trained and qualified in a range of evidence-based therapies including Eye-Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS), Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotion-focused Therapy (EFT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT). Priscilla has two publications in international journals and has a strong commitment to staying up to date with the latest research and techniques in psychology.

With a passion for creativity and self-reflection, Priscilla enjoys a range of activities in her free time including painting, cooking, bouldering, and relaxing at the beach. She also loves unwinding with Netflix shows and cuddles with her dogs, Tato and Nana (short for Potato and Banana!).

Priscilla is registered as a Clinical Psychologist with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency). She is also a professional member of the APS (Australian Psychological Society) and ACPA (Australian Clinical Psychology Association).

Availability

Priscilla is available Mondays and Tuesdays including After work and Online Sessions.
